Privacy Policy

CUKON s.r.o. built the CUKON structural add-in for Autodesk Revit construction models for working with the structural reinforcement such as tagging, displaying reinforcement and checking reinforcement tagging. And also adding sections and floor plans to the sheets (the “Service”).  CUKON s.r.o. is committed to providing the Service in a manner that respects users’ privacy rights.

This policy applies to personal information that is collected, used, or disclosed by CUKON s.r.o. in relation to your use of the Service.

If you choose to use the Service, then you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this policy. CUKON s.r.o. will not use or disclose your information to anyone except as described in this policy.

The Information that CUKON s.r.o. Collect 

CUKON s.r.o. collects personal information that is reasonably necessary for its legitimate business purposes, including to return an authorization key to users so that users may continue to use CUKON add-in beyond the trial period. CUKON s.r.o. collects the user’s Login, user’s PC hardware ID (created from: random parts of motherboard serial number, CPU serial number, HDD serial number) and email address (only if user will contact us). CUKON s.r.o. will never sell your information. This information will only be used in ways that are consistent with all applicable laws.

All personal information collected is for the sole use of the CUKON s.r.o.. Except in accordance with applicable personal information and privacy laws, none of this information will be disclosed to any external parties except as set forth in this policy. If you have provided CUKON s.r.o. with personal information and wish to have your data deleted, please submit a request by email so that we can take the necessary actions to remove the personal information.

When you submit your information, we may use the information you provide to give you notice of available CUKON add-in updates, to communicate with you about the validation of construction workflows, and to request your participation in enhanced workflow testing. Please note that by submitting your information, you authorize us to transmit and store your information in our database for purposes of understanding the market sector of registered users.

Only the information is collected when CUKON add-in is in use:

  2. ID number (PC hardware ID)
 
Service Providers
 
Personal and/or confidential information collected in connection with the Service may be used, processed, and/or stored outside of Slovakia by CUKON s.r.o. or a third-party service provider for the purposes of hosting, storing and managing the data. Such personal and/or confidential information may be subject to disclosure in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the information is processed or stored; these laws might not provide the same level of protection for such information as would Canadian laws.
 
In addition to the situations described above, we may use and disclose user information in special instances when we have reason to believe disclosing this information is necessary to investigate, identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with our rights or property, other Service users, or anyone else. We may disclose information when subpoenaed, if ordered or otherwise required by a court of law, arbitrator, or other similar proceeding or the rules governing such a proceeding, for government investigations, with government agencies if required by law, to exercise, establish, or defend our rights, to protect your vital interests or those of any other third party, and when we otherwise believe in good faith that any applicable law requires it.

We caution users of the Service that internet communications are inherently vulnerable to interception, use, and/or alteration by person(s) other than the intended recipient(s). While CUKON s.r.o. has implemented certain safeguards to reduce this risk, internet transmissions are still vulnerable. If you choose to use the Service, you do so at your sole risk.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Websites, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Websites. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.  Changes to This Privacy Policy

CUKON s.r.o. reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time without further notice and encourages you to refer to this policy regularly. Any changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. By using the Service, you are consenting to the contents of the then-current policy, and your continuing access or use of the Service after any changes constitutes your agreement to those changes. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not use the Service.
